Footballer Barton bailed until March

NEWCASTLE footballer Joey Barton was yesterday bailed until 12 March after a court hearing on assault and affray charges.
Barton did not enter a plea at Liverpool Magistrates' Court. He, his brother Andrew, 19, and Nadine Wilson, 27, were arrested after an alleged altercation in a fast-food restaurant.
