ANNAN piled more misery on Elgin at the foot of the table with a convincing win.

Graeme Bell latched on to Mike Jack through-ball and lashed home a low shot from edge of the box for the opener after four minutes.

Elgin goalkeeper Andy McNulty w
as sent off after 28 minutes for bringing down Ryan Adamson as he homed in on goal and Jack scored with the penalty.

Bell got his second on 32 minutes, Jamie Dunbar bagged a brace and Phil Storey notched one.


Berwick Rangers 1
Cowdenbeath 0


BERWICK stunned leaders Cowdenbeath thanks to a solitary goal from Steven Bonar.

Bonar struck six minutes after the break when he latched onto a mis-hit shot form Chris Anderson to turn the ball into the net off the post.

Cowdenbeath came back strongly and it took a goal-line clearance from John Dillon to prevent a John Dempster effort finding the net, before the same player was denied by Jamie Barclay.


Dumbarton 1
Albion Rovers 0


PAT Boyle gave Dumbarton a deserved win over Albion Rovers. The full-back struck after 68 minutes to settle a game that looked to be ambling towards a goalless draw.

After an uneventful first half, Dumbarton seized the initiative after the break.

They got their reward midway through the half when Ross Forbes floated in a free-kick which Andy Geggan touched on for Boyle to score.

Robert Barr was sent off late on for Rovers.


Montrose 1
Forfar Athletic

ROSS Campbell scored a second-half double to give Forfar full points.

The opener came in 43 minutes when Chris Hegarty fouled Kevin Gordon in the penalty area and Campbell converted.

Stephen McNally made it 2-0 in the opening minute of the second half when he volleyed home from a Graham Gibson header.

Campbell then grabbed his second when he raced clear to slot home before David Cox scored a late consolation with a header.


Stenhousemuir 1
East Stirling 4


EAST Stirling boosted their title hopes with a convincing win over rivals Stenhousemuir.

Craig Donaldson opened the scoring after just four minutes but Kevin Motion equalised when he headed in a corner at the back post.

Brian Graham then hit a double before half-time. He notched his first when he beat the offside trap and then scored his second with a 15-yard shot off the post.

Jamie Stevenson then hit a wonderful free-kick after 62 minutes to seal the win.
