Another fine column by John Huggan, highlighting the futility of modern day "boomer" golf. And full credit to Mr Ogilvy for continuing to express the "honest" version of where golf is....circa 2007AD !
Let's hope (for golfs sake) that this year's Masters can escape the technological breakdowns of recent major events ; ie., Shinnicock, Carnoustie, St Andrews New Old course, and the "ONE" Tiger drive 2006 Open at Hoylake ?
Isn't golf technology marvellous ?
