SALTIRES spinner Majid Haq will launch his attempt to win a county deal when he heads for trials with Warwickshire tomorrow. Haq, 24, will spend a week under the watchful eye of Warwickshire coach Ashley Giles.
Haq said: "It's a great chance for me to go down and sample life as a pro cricketer."

Scotland stars Nav Poonia and Calum MacLeod are already on Warwickshire's books, while veteran Dougie Brown is head coach of the county's academy.
