Ross County have announced that former Inverness and Dundee United boss Craig Brewster has agreed to become assistant to head coach Derek Adams.
The 42-year-old joined County as a player in February, a few weeks after he was sacked from his second spell in charge of Inverness.

The veteran striker will continue to be registered as a player but is expected to be focused mainly on coaching.

"I've known and admired Craig for a number of years and his arrival at the start of the year was a massive boost to the club, bringing with him a wealth of experience both as a player and as a coach," said Adams.

"His energy, enthusiasm and professionalism set a great example for the players and his knowledge of the game at the very highest level are a great resource to have.

"We have formed a great relationship and are both now looking forward to working with the squad ahead of what promises to be a tough but exciting season."
