Hay becomes a Shire workhorse

EAST Stirlingshire have moved to snap up freed Stirling Albion midfielder Paul Hay.
The 27-year-old was released by the Forthbank outfit after eight years at the club. Meanwhile, Shire are to face St Johnstone in a pre-season match on 15 July.
