Man City complete signing of Given

MANCHESTER City have signed goalkeeper Shay Given from Newcastle United for an undisclosed fee.
Given underwent a medical yesterday while his former side drew 1-1 with Sunderland in the Tyne-Wear derby.

The 32-year-old has signed a four-and-a-half-year contract with City after making more than 450 appearances for Newcastle since joining them in 1997.
