FORMER Hibs midfielder Guillaume Beuzelin has left Coventry City after failing to agree terms on a new deal.
The Frenchman was a massive fans' favourite at Easter Road after being recruited by Tony Mowbray from Le Havre in 2004 but left under freedom of contract last summer.

However, despite shaking off his frequent injury problems by playing 35 times for Coventry, the 30-year-old has been unable to agree on the option of a 12-month extension and will be leaving the Championship outfit.

The player will now be available on a free transfer.

Yogi, sign him up ASAP! Would love to have him back at ER, even just for a season or 2.

Got to agree with you there Neil, IF we could have him back as was under TM. Boozy was EXACTLY what we were missing last year ( apart from a manager ).

But.... what are the chances of him being the same player? Slim, I'd have thought, unfortunately.

Hey ho, ya never know........

Abe

Your right, although I was was out of the country for his final season at ER I heard that he never reached the same levels performance wise that he did when he first joined and Mowbray was still at the club.

Still, I'd think he'd be worth a 12 month deal with the option of another year if all goes well. Having watched the midfield (or lack thereof) this year its made me long to have a play like Boozy back, even at 50% his best.

don't think this will happen although his new wife would be pleased if he was back in edinburgh. For those supporters that don't think he could do a job for us, then what would your feelings be if he were to join Hearts?
