West Brom manager Tony Mowbray is resigned to being without new £3.2 million signing Gianni Zuiverloon for the start of the new campaign.
The Netherlands Under-21 international is required to play in the Olympic Games in Beijing and will be ruled out of the league opener with Arsenal.
