HEARTS midfielder Adrian Mrowiec is set to miss the rest of the year as he recovers from knee surgery.
The 24-year-old Pole, who is on a season-long loan from FBK Kaunas, has returned to Lithuania to undergo surgery after his knee failed to respond to treatment.

Tullberg, Obua, Mrowiec, Kello - combined number of games missed through injury = lots more than combined number of games played. There's potentially a problem with our recruitment policy?

add Pinilla, Janskauskas, Cesnauskas, Bednar, Fyssas to the list, unfortunately the quality of our injured players has dropped dramatically, still another one nil win to look forward to tomorrow. "one nil to the gorgie boys"

FFS are all the 'Loan' players being sent here for treatment at our expense??

Has anyone arrived at Tynie fighting fit in the past six months?

#1 Dont know how you can count Kello in that
He is on the bench and he is fit

So are we payong his wages while he recovers in Lithuania then ?

This is not right why bot just send him back along with Tullberg,Obua is fit so not a problem

And anyone injured should be in all day every day especially people like Kingston

It is a worry how many crocked players we lumber ourselves with. Are we seen as a soft touch or are our medicals not stringent enough?

#6 I'd like to think so but we are up against a real quality team tomorrow....well they must be if they're above the Leith Flairmeisters in the league table ;o)

Ridiculous how many crocs we sign!

It seems as if the prerequisite to sign for Hearts these days is an injury that'll keep you out of the team for a few months.

I heard we've a sign at Tynie that parodies the one on the Statue of Liberty. It reads

"Give me your lame, your unfit, your injured players yearning to run free.
The retched rejects of your huddled shore.
Send these, the knackerd, muscled-pulled to me.
I lift my lamp beside the physio's door."
