LIBERTON are the first team through to the last eight of the Edinburgh Junior Inter Club after Lothianburn scratched from this year's event, which tees off tonight at Murrayfield.
Duddingston meet old rivals Kingsknowe in a tasty-looking opening tie, while Baberton v. Ratho Park and Craigmillar Park v. Turnhouse are also mouth-watering clashes.

The hosts, meanwhile, are up against Mortonhall and will be hoping to enjoy a good run in an event that continues on Friday and concludes with the semi-finals and final on Sunday.

Tonight's ties: 4.00pm Liberton w/o Lothianburn scr; 4.20pm Royal Burgess v Swanston; 4.40pm Bruntsfield Links v Merchants; 5.00pm Duddingston v Kingsknowe; 5.20pm Baberton v Ratho Park; 5.40pm Torphin Hill v Prestonfield; 6.00pm Murrayfield v Mortonhall; 6.20pm Craigmillar Park v Turnhouse.
