PETER Latimer (St Andrews New) could be the dark horse in the Haggs Castle field for this weekend's Cameron Corbett Vase Order of Merit event.
As a student at Guilford College, North Carolina, the 20-year-old from Muckhart did well in the East of Scotland Open, with the lowest Sunday 36-hole aggregate, including winner Rohan Blizzard.
