CRYSTAL Palace manager Neil Warnock has insisted that he will not be going back to Hearts with an improved offer for striker Christian Nade, after the Tynecastle club rejected a bid of around £300,000.
Warnock, who worked with the burly forward when the pair were at Sheffield United, had been keen to lure Nade back south to the Coca-Cola Championship side, but it is understood that Hearts have placed a valuation £600,000 on the 23-year-old Frenchman. Warnock said: "We won't be taking it any further because they are asking too much money.

"We offered £300,000 for Nade but we won't be going any higher."

Hearts paid Sheffield United around £500,000 for Nade last August, but the former Troyes and Le Havre forward has scored just five times in 27 appearances, the last of those goals coming in January against Aberdeen.
