HIBS stars Abdessalam Benjelloun and Merouane Zemmama dropped into Leith Academy to help the school launch its first Diversity Day which takes place tomorrow.
During their visit, the Moroccan duo met pupils who will attend class in their national dress.

The whole school will also attend a show featuring a variety of acts representing many cultures from around the world.

These will include a Celtic band, a Kung Fu demonstration, a gospel choir, Thai dancing and Dhol drumming.

And local businesses have also joined in with the scheme.

They are providing samples which will allow pupils to taste a variety of foods and fruits from various countries around the world.
