FORMER Livingston chairman Dominic Keane was due to appear in court today as part of a £2 million fraud investigation.
The 55-year-old is expected to face charges dating back several years.

Keane, who is also a former Celtic director, handed himself in to a Glasgow police station on Sunday. He has been held in police cells and was due to appear before a sheriff today.

The allegations are believed to date back several years to when Keane worked in the banking industry in Tayside. At one point he held a top-level job with the Royal Bank of Scotland.
