Interpol chief in Games warning
INTERPOL has not seen any intelligence that suggests a specific terrorist threat to the Beijing Olympics, but organisers should not let their guard down, the head of the international police organisation said today.
Interpol secretary general Ronald Noble, speaking at a security conference in Hong Kong, said he was satisfied with security measures being put in place for the Games, but officials should still be on the lookout for threats.
