JIM Gannon has made his first signing since becoming Motherwell manager after securing the services of Tranmere midfielder Steve Jennings.
The 24-year-old's move to Fir Park is subject to clearance after he ended a decade at the Prenton Park club where he moved to as a youth from Everton.

Jennings made his Tranmere debut as an 18-year-old against Oldham in 2003.

His move to Motherwell comes too late for Jennings to be involved in the Europa League tie against Llanelli tonight.
