SPEEDWAY: Edinburgh Monarchs slumped to their worst-ever home defeat as Belle Vue Aces ran out 21-68 winners in the second leg of the Elite play-off match.
Monarchs chief John Campbell said: "That was terrible. We under-performed at Belle Vue and we certainly did tonight, but I want Monarchs to qualify for this match again next year so that we can do better."

Premier League team Monarchs had no answer to the likes of World Cup winner Krzysztof Kasprak and Patrick Hougaard.
