LEE WALLACE'S agent today stressed that Rangers have yet to submit any offers for the Hearts defender.
Reacting to morning reports that Walter Smith is considering moving for the 20-year-old, Gary Mackay stated that he would have been informed of any bids.
"My relationship with Hearts is such that, during previous meetings, they have always made me aware of any offers for my players," he said. "Given that I haven't heard from them regarding Lee, I can safely assume there have been no bids."
Rangers have previously made Hearts aware of their interest in Wallace with Smith keen to recruit a specialist left-back. The Scotland under-21 international was restricted to a peripheral role at Tynecastle last season with Jose Goncalves often deployed ahead of him at left-back.
Hearts would be reluctant to sell their youth academy product, whose current contract runs until 2011.
Meanwhile, Larry Kingston has been named in Ghana's squad for an international friendly with Australia on Friday. The Hearts midfielder is part of an 18-man party for the match in Sydney.
