THE new centre partnership of Drew Chapman and Andy Hunter ran the show for Edinburgh Northern as they stayed un-defeated in Scottish Hydro Electric East League Division Two with a comfortable 55-10 home win over Moray House.
Northern are now five points clear of second placed Earlston after their fifth win on the trot. Captain Chapman, who is just back from holiday, and new player Hunter struck up a good understanding as the backs ran riot at Inverleith Park.

Winger Chris Tees was also on top form and president Mike Sanders said: "The team played really well against Moray House and we ran the ball at every opportunity."

In the Edinburgh derby in Division Two Inverleith won 10-5 at Leith and RDVC beat Walkerburn 38-5. However, Edinburgh BATS and Liberton both suffered home loses to Earlston and St Boswells respectively.

In Division One North Berwick are still second after a 37-6 win over Dunbar in the East Lothian derby. Dalkeith are bottom after a 43-5 home defeat to leaders Hawick Linden, Portobello beat Hawick Harlequins 33-0, Penicuik saw off Broughton 13-3 and Meggetland lost 17-0 at Duns.
