SCOTLAND amateur rugby league coach Angus McNab has singled out Fife Lions forward Gareth McColl as a likely key figure in Saturday's international with England amateurs at Lasswade (kick off 4.30).
After naming a squad containing seven players from Scottish champions Edinburgh Eagles, McNab said of McColl: "The guy is 6ft 8inches tall and about 24 stone but has great skills."

Squad: Nick Broere, Andy Todd, David Anderson, Ash Carroll, Craig Hunter, John Cox, Andy Grodynski (all Edinburgh), Richard Knight (Leicester Phoenix), Paddy Coupar, Dave Lynn, Mike Scott (all Workington Town), Bobby Bahadori, Dave Vernon (Gateshead Storm), Barry Earl (Carlisle Centurions), Dave Simm (Easterhouse Panthers), Jamie Smith, Gareth McColl (both Fife Lions), Martin Edwards (Nottingham Outlaws).
