BROWN Ferguson's 84th-minute strike took Hamilton into their third Bell's Cup final at the expense of stuttering St Johnstone.

Hamilton took the lead with a deflected goal from Pat Keogh after 33 minutes, before Kevin Rutkiewicz levelled three minutes later.

Jason Scotland missed a good chance for Saints, and they paid for it when Ferguson raced through to send another deflected shot beyond the floundering Cuthbert.
