Also promoted are Nick Barron and Shivam Reddy while all-rounder Toby Harwick retains his place having made an unbeaten 15 against Greenock on Saturday.
Key man for Heriot's could be internationalist Steve Knox who once captained Grange to victory in a final played on the same Myreside ground whereas 'Sonians will be without Ryan Flannigan who is representing Scotland A (Lions) in an English County 2nd XI championship match at Nottinghamshire. With no pros or overseas players permitted the competition has been revamped this season to include the ten local Scottish League clubs and top six East Regional outfits.
