Blackadder gets Crusaders job

FORMER Edinburgh Rugby captain and coach Todd Blackadder has been appointed the new coach of Super 14 champions Canterbury Crusaders, according to New Zealand media reports today.
Blackadder, a former All Blacks captain, had a successful four-year stint in Edinburgh where he learned his coaching trade before returning to New Zealand to take charge of newly-formed provincial side Tasman in 2005.
