So a South Korean is going to Celtic in the January transfer window ?

I was going to mention something about dogs but thought better of it as it would be in extremely bad taste ;-)
2

Bobby Peru,

28/08/2009 09:52:45
2 - How do you know that dog tastes bad? Whats your problem with dogs.....people like you make me sick...your dogist attitude needs to come out of the dark ages and into the light!
3

Bobby Peru,

28/08/2009 09:55:00
On a serious note, seen this guy on youtube and while he posesses sublime skill....they certainly give him all the time in the world in which to use it over there in Korea...that simply wont happen in any European game let alone a Scottish one.....me thinks he could be a 'jersey signing'.....Mizuno the Second!
4

Angoos,

Sorry about the "doggist" comments.

Can't access You Tube at work so will have to wait until I get home to have a look and see if this guy is any good.

How come I was allowed to post a comment on the Kris Boyd story and it's now been blocked from making comments on ? Are the moderators having a freaky Friday perhaps ?

We need answers.... We DEMAND answers !!!
5

Bobby Peru,

28/08/2009 10:15:17
4 No point, I made 4 perfectly fair comments on the St Mirren - Dundee Utd thread - no swearing, no racist, sexist or even dogist words passed through my fingers and then I was banned - Andrew Sachs is no more.

I would demand answers, but I'm afraid I'd be looking for yet another log in...not funny at all.

12

Bobby Peru,

10 - Please keep it above juvenile playground mince, if possible toenails....before yet another thread suffers from the ifluence of your classless, low-brown, narrow minded kak. Nobody at Celtic bar Massimo Donati has made comment about it the dive and the english media are the ones making the big fuss about as it invloved an english team.

If Gordon Smith wants to make something of it, then at least we can commend the guy on showing some much needed consistency from the SFA. He's certainly shouting for bans for everyone who gets caught out diving in amatch that involves a scottish team these days no matter what team you play for!
13

Bobby Peru,

It's just not possible with you, is it?

Was Lovenkrands banned for feigning injury when Thomson looked at him angrily? Was Hutton ever pulled up about dropping like a sack of spuds? I recall a very cringeworthy dive in th CL against Lyon...his own dad must have been embarrassed...possibly thats what they fought about in the pub carpark that time..who knows.

Yes, they were all far better players than Laughatme,Lovenpants and Tofu....but I don't think thats the point you were trying to make, was it?

More like, if the offence is commited by a Rangers player, you seem oblivious to it..but you actually lose sleep about the thought of Celtic players doing it......point is, nobody should be doing it and at least some people in the game and in the media appear ready to do something about it......and if it happens that the next guy who gets banned is a Celtic player then I'll be more than happy to see it.

40 - I think it will be normal service resumed...this century ragers have failed to hold on to the title even once and it will come home to Celtic Park where it feels at home.

41 - Nope, I fancy Celtic to win and if you're being honest with yourself, you also fancy Celtic. I bet you wouldn't bet the last of your special brew money on a Hibs win, would you? And I think thats the real test!

Just back from the closing ceremony of the innaugural Baku Bears - Glasgow Rangers F.C. Soccer Camp.
The entire week was a resounding success and it was a real pleasure seeing the smiles on those kids faces.
The coaches are a credit to Glasgow Rangers F.C. and ensured that every one of the (almost 100) kids had a great time over the past 5 days. Well done guys.

They're all great with the kids and the local coaches were amazed at the progress the kids have made in 5 days. Local coaches normally shout and scream at them and have never seen the "encouragement and enjoyment" side of coaching before !
Reminds me, have to phone my son and see if he went to Ibrox today to sign his disclosure forms to allow him to start coaching on his tod !!

The guys from RFC will have a great time tonight in the "Bear Pit" (aka Clansman Bar) and have a well earned drink or two !

Celtic have been dealt a relatively kind draw when you consider some of the teams that are in the competition.

I hope they and Rangers progress in both competitions to try and rebuild some of the damage that has been done to Scotland's co-efficient this year in Europe.

I have been bitten on the jacksie too many times making bold predictions ! Hahahahahaha !

Even if they get through the first group stage until the CL drop outs join then that will be an improvement on some of the European performances by Scottish clubs this year.

The same old mind numbing drivel from ninny. You sometimes think maybe just the once he could say somthing worth saying but alas no it's the same biased nonsensnse as always.

Bougherra bought from Chamionship team Charlton
Lafferty bought from Chamionship team Burnley
Miller bought from Chamionship team Derby
Davis could not get a game for fulham
Mendes could not get a game for Portsmouth

And Finally this taken from the uefa web site

Group rivals play each other home and away with the top two in each section progressing to the Round of 32 in February along with the sides finishing third in their UEFA Champions League groups. Matches will be played on 17 September, 1 and 22 October, 5 November, 2/3, and 16/17 December. In the Round of 32 and Round of 16 draws in Nyon on 18 December, the top two sides from each section will be joined by the eight teams which finish third in their UEFA Champions League group.

76 - Angus, enjoy your weekend....there will be no tet-a-tet from me and the toe-tal-tyt....I've decided that its not good form to kick a dead dog when it's down no matter how much of a flea ridden mongrel it is!

78 - Big Bucks, you see you're wrong and you just cant see it because your blinded by your own hypocrisy...

Bougherra may have been a championship player - but now, after 2 years in the SPL hes developed into one of the best centre-backs in the world and its only because Rangers aren't a selling club that Real Madrid decided to got for their number two target, Cristiano Ronaldo instead of shelling out 80 mill on Bogey.

Lafferty is now interesting Man Utd as replacement for said, Cristiano Ronaldo, but as mentioned before Rangers arent a selling club.

Celtic Reject Kenny Miller has blossomed in the SPL under Walter Smith into what many people are calling the white, smaller-headed, Thierry Henry...of course they mean during his arsenal days and not as he is with Barca...a poor mans Kenny Miller.

Davis couldn't get a game for fulham and was pawned off, but after playing SPL against the Kilmarnocks and such, all EPL managers are cursing their luck that they don't have midfielders as good as Steve Davis, particularly Rafa and Fergie.

Mendes - reckons rangers could go the whole way in the CL and with the non-arabic Zenedine Zidane pulling the strings, who could argue with that. Never mind that he couldnt hold down a place with any EPL team for more than a quarter of a season...all of europe has taken note of his form since starring in matches against Falkirk and such.

There is no"h" pronounced as it is silent in french.

So it should be pronounced Rotten.

We are gonnae get some laugh listening tae the state these commentators are gonnae pit themselves in trying not to say Rotten.
