THE Formula One boss gave the News of the World a, ahem, spanking in court, winning £60,000 in damages after a judge ruled that the paper's exposé of Mosley's sado-masochistic orgy with five prostitutes was not in the public interest. Mr Justice Eady said there was no evidence the orgy indulged in by Mosley had a Nazi theme.
The paper faces a total legal bill of about £850,000 following the judgment.

Mosley has now launched a £1.2m lawsuit against a German publisher.
