FORMER Rangers midfielder Ian Ferguson has appointed former Dunfermline team– mate Stewart Petrie as his assistant at new Australian side North Queensland.
Ferguson was last month named boss of the A-League's new franchise and Petrie will join the former Scotland internationalist in January.
