NORTH BERWICK'S Catriona Matthew, who had a season's best tie for second behind world No.1 Lorena Ochoa in the Sybase Classic two weeks ago, is aiming for another high finish in the Ginn Tribute at Charleston in South Carolina.
It is the final warm-up before next week's second major of the season, the McDonald's LPGA Championship in Maryland.

"I enjoyed my week off, but now I'm ready to get playing again," said Matthew. "It was good to get second in New York, it was a real confidence boost. It was my putting that made the difference, and I just hope the good form on the green continues."

Ochoa, who has won six of her nine tournaments this year, has pulled out of the event to visit her sick uncle in Mexico.

Tournament host Annika Sorenstam will be keen to win a fourth title in her retirement season. Matthew, Janice Moodie and Mhairi McKay are the three Scots in the field.
